This spice mix is the best we've used around the house so far. We've used it in fish balls, goat ribs, oven fried potatoes and even chicken wings.
Above image is that of my goat ribs coated with this spice mix. A little goes a long way, so, don’t go all crazy while using it on goat ribs!
You can store the mixture in a cool dry place and in a tight lid container. After sometime, the garlic powder in the mixture may cause the spice mix to clump up together and all you need to do is take a teaspoon and mix it up again before using it.
